This will be a two-part series on the finest Confederate-built revolver of the Civil War. The Dance & Brothers revolver was like a down-sized Colt Dragoon revolver, putting .44 caliber power into a very handy package.
E.M.F’s Deluxe version features beautifully executed laser-engraving.
In part 1, I gave a little of the history of the revolver. I’ll demonstrate loading, with both round balls and with Johnston & Dow conical bullets. And I shot both projectiles for accuracy at 15 yards.
Now, in Part 2 I’ll have fun with the Dance & Brothers revolver, shooting a variety of targets.
